Dutch students visit VIVES facilities

This week, Vives Azulejos y Gres has received students of Industrial Engineering from the Avans Hogeschool of Tilburg (the Netherlands) to its facilities, as part of its training program in our country. During the week, a large group of 70 students and their teachers have been able to see the company's facilities with the aim of getting to know first-hand the whole process of the development and manufacturing of ceramic floor and wall tiles.

During the visit, the students have been accompanied by members of the VIVES technical department, who were commissioned to explain the entire production process and to answer any of their questions. The students were especially interested in the technical side of the production process and in the company's environmental policy.

The visit is part of a programme of activities that the Dutch university has created when visiting companies from different sectors in the Valencia Community.
